Location very good, security check incoming outgoing professional good, friendly efficient front office check-in good, facility good, the location & condition of the room allocated to me/my family was very good, clean & well maintained facility very good, beds kitchen shower hot water all functioned very well..... my family we truly enjoyed our stay, relaxing. This is my first time booking Fraser Residence and it is now in my top 3 list for choice to stay in Jakarta. Keep up the good work.

The staff helpfull especially when we have issue about parking fee, they solved it fast For input, please re-ensure for guest who came with 2 cars for 1 unit apt, the parking fee meet their rule since as our case the fee charged above max fare although they solved it well but to avoid this case reappear please take a serious note for that. Above that, everything was ok, the entire unit we stayed was clean and the staff also fast responsed when we had problem.
